Questions before purchasing

Our shipping is climate-neutral with DHL’s GoGreen service Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days. Shipping to other European countries takes 5-8 working days If you order personalized goods or goods made to your desired size, shipping may be delayed by 2-3 working days

Despatch within Germany is free-of-charge. To other European countries we charge a flat rate of €7.90
No, you can also order from us as a guest. To get a better overview of your order, we recommend a customer account.

When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email. You will receive this email together with your purchase receipt. If you have not received an email, please contact our customer service so that we can send it to you again.

Questions after purchase

Since we want to guarantee our customers fast shipping, we ask you to contact our customer service as quickly as possible within the first hour of placing your order. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take your request into account. The easiest way to do this is to use our contact form and also include your order number.
Unfortunately, we have no direct influence on the shipping time of Deutsche Post DHL Group, but we will provide you with a tracking number via email so that you can always track your package. If you have a problem with delivery, please contact our customer service and we will take care of your issue as quickly as possible.

Fragen zum Thema Schmuck

Schmuck oxidiert, wenn er mit Sauerstoff, Feuchtigkeit oder anderen Chemikalien wie z.b. Parfüms, Haarsprays und Chlor in Kontakt kommt. Diese Substanzen können dazu führen, dass das Metall des Schmucks reagiert und eine Oxidationsschicht bildet. Ebenso kann Schmuck schneller durch saure pH-Werte der Haut oxidieren und dies sogar beschleunigen. Der Schmuck läuft an und kannn somit den Glanz reduzieren und ihn unansehnlich aussehen lassen. Um die Oxidation von Schmuck zu verhindern, ist es wichtig, ihn regelmäßig zu reinigen und zu pflegen und ihn vor Einflüssen wie Feuchtigkeit und Chemikalien zu schützen. Ein Anlaufen des Schmuckes ist daher kein Herstellungsfehler und ganz normal, dass Sterlilng Silber mit der Zeit anläuft. Mit einem Poliertuch kannst du deinen Schmuck wieder zum Glänzen bringen und ein weiteres anlaufen verhindern.
